Agreed upon start time for pictures (I recommend starting 1 1/2 hours before the start time of the ceremony (please make sure your flowers are present for the pictures) Time of Brides arrival at the church or ceremony Location: Will the typical events be done during your reception such as toast, garter toss, bouquet toss, cake cutting, first dance. Will there be any additional events or will any of the above be omitted? Wedding Packages- All of the following wedding packages include owning your own CD! Simply Spectacular: Includes 2 hours of wedding coverage, approximately 200 images on CD including some in black and white. You have full copyright release to make as many reprints and enlargements as you would like. Package also includes a professional storybook wedding album.........$800.00 A Day to Remember: Includes 3 hours of wedding coverage, approximately 300 images on CD including some in black and white. You will have full copyright release to make as many reprints and enlargements as you would like. Package also includes a professional storybook wedding album.........$950.00 Enchanted Evening: Includes 4 hours of wedding coverage, approximately 400 images on CD including some in black and white. You will have full copyright release to make as many reprints and enlargements as you would like. Package also includes a professional storybook wedding album........$1,100.00 Happily Ever After: Includes 5 hours of wedding coverage, approximately 500 images on CD including some in black and white. You will have full copyright release to make as many reprints and enlargements as you would like. Package also includes a professional storybook wedding album........$1,250.00 To Have and to Hold: Includes 6 hours of wedding coverage, approximately 600 images on CD including some in black and white. You will have full copyright release to make as many reprints and enlargements as you would like. Package also includes a professional storybook wedding album.......$1,400.00 Sealed with a Kiss: Includes 7 hours of wedding coverage, approximately 700 images on CD including some in black and white. You will have full copyright release to make as many reprints and enlargements as you would like. Package includes a professional storybook wedding album. Package also includes a one hour engagement session and up to 100 engagement photos on CD..........$1,750.00 A Picture Perfect Day! Includes all day wedding coverage, up to 8 hours. Approximately 800 images on CD including some in black and white. You will have full copyright release to make as many reprints and enlargements as you would like. Package includes a professional storybook wedding album. Package also includes a one hour Engagement session and up to 100 engagement photos on CD, 2 parent albums with up to 50 prints each ............$2,150.00 * All packages come with a Professional storybook wedding album. Amount of prints in album will vary based on album type and package selected. The album isn't meant to hold every picture but will highlight your day and tell the story of your wedding. Your wedding CD will include all images taken during the day. * Parent albums may be purchased in addition to any package for $150.00 each. * Engagement photo sessions and Cd's may be purchased in addition to any package for an additional $200.00. Travel fees may apply if outside the Petoskey area. All engagement sessions are outdoors. If you decide during the day or evening that you would like me to stay later than the agreed upon time you will be charged $150.00 for each additional hour of service. This balance must be paid in full before you can pick up your wedding album. Full balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding. Your final order will not be placed until your balance is paid in full. Once I receive final payment it may then take up to 4 weeks to get your order back. Prices and package discussed: TRAVEL FEES: There will be a travel fee of $50.00 per every hour of drive time greater than 30 miles outside of the Petoskey area (this will include going to and from the wedding.) TERMS: 1. This constitutes an order of wedding photographs and prints. It is understood that any and all sample prints and negatives remain the property of the photographer, Michelle Northington, and that they may be used for advertising, displays or any purpose thought proper by photographer, Michelle Northington. 2.It is understood that no other photographer, amateur or professional, shall be allowed to photograph at the wedding while photographer Michelle Northington is working, and any breach of this agreement will constitute a reason for non-completion of the job with no liability to the photographer, Michelle Northington and loss of initial deposit by signing party. Please ask friends and family as well to refrain from taking photos during the group portraits and portraits of the bride and groom This is very distracting to the photographer and makes the process take a lot longer. CANCELLATION AND DEPOSITS 3. Upon signature, photographer Michelle Northington reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the $100.00 deposit is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or wedding cancelled for any reason. LIMIT OF LIABILITY 4. Although all care will be taken with the digital images and photographs taken at the wedding, photographer, Michelle Northington limits any liability for loss, damage, or failure to deliver pictures for any reason, to return of all deposits made. In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes to ill to photograph the event, Michelle Northington Photography will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. FILM AND COPYRIGHTS 5. Until final payment for services rendered is made all photographs produced by Michelle Northington Photography are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Michelle Northington Photography's explicitly written permission. Upon final payment by the client LIMITED copyright ownership of the resulting images allowed to the client under the following conditions: -The film and/or prints are the property of CLIENT for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction and giving of photographs to friends and relatives. _Images may be used on personal web sites as long as a copyright notice appears near the images stating that they were taken by Michelle Northington. - The client must obtain written permission from and compensate Michelle Northington Photography prior to the client or its friends and relatives publishing or selling the photographs for profit. 6. A deposit of $100.00 is due at the signing of this contract and the balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding.
